HCM Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are building our Manila Center of Excellence, and we are hiring the people who will define it. This is a training-track role for HCM professionals who want to become Dayforce implementation consultants. If you have configured, implemented, or supported HCM systems on platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, Infor, or Dayforce, we will train, mentor, and put you on global implementation projects.

Dayforce experience is welcome but not required. What matters is hands-on HCM systems experience and the drive to build a long-term consulting career.

What you will do

• Learn to configure and implement Dayforce HCM for enterprise clients, supported by structured training and senior mentoring
• Translate client HR requirements into system configuration and design
• Support end-to-end implementation activities across global projects, from workshops through testing and go-live
• Work alongside experienced consultants to deliver accurate, well-configured HCM solutions
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support user acceptance testing
• Build the skills to grow from consultant toward senior and solution architect roles

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or supporting an HCM platform (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, Infor, Dayforce, or similar) . This is a technical implementation role, not an HR administration or generalist role
• Understanding of core HR processes and how they are built into an HCM system
• Analytical mindset, comfortable translating business requirements into system configuration
• Willingness to learn Dayforce through our structured training program
