About the role

Must have 5+ years’ experience successfully providing technology leadership specifically on large-scale, enterprise-wide HCM implementation programs

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, system integration, data migration, and technology governance frameworks

Proven experience successfully translating complex program and business requirements into practical technology solutions

Demonstratable strong delivery capability across design, build, test, environment management, deployment, and transition to operational support
