8-12+ years of technical experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM and 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Specialist to independently lead and deliver the HCM Integration and Fast Formula workstream for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The selected candidate will serve as the primary technical SME for integrations and Fast Formula development throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Independently own and lead the HCM Integration and Fast Formula workstream from design through deployment and hypercare.
• Design, develop, test, and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations using:
• • HCM Extracts
  • HDL/HSDL
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Services
  • File-Based Integrations
  • OIC integration patterns
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas across Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent modules.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations with third-party vendors and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to define technical solutions and data requirements.
• Lead integration testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and Fast Formula issues.
• Create technical design documents, mapping specifications, and deployment documentation.
• Work closely with client technical teams and architects to support end-to-end integration delivery.
