Key Responsibilities-

The role will be responsible for managing government liaison with District Administration, Police, Revenue, Forest, Labour and local authorities to facilitate approvals and ensure uninterrupted operations. The position will lead community and stakeholder engagement with local communities, village leaders, farmers and other key stakeholders, while proactively addressing grievances and supporting CSR initiatives.

The role will oversee township and facility administration, including accommodation, guest houses, transport, fleet, healthcare, housekeeping, catering, utilities and infrastructure maintenance. It will also lead security operations across the plant, mines and township, covering access control, CCTV, contractual security, asset protection and emergency response.

The position will be responsible for managing crisis situations such as strikes, plant blockades, community agitations and law-and-order issues, in coordination with government and law-enforcement agencies. Additionally, the role will manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for Administration, Security and Estate functions, ensure vendor and statutory compliance, and drive operational efficiency, cost optimization and business continuity
