What they need
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Baker to come lead our team of bakers.
The individual must meet the following requirements:-
- Holds a Diploma-level certificate or higher in the related field
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in the field
- Advanced knowledge and skills in baking bread
- Ability and experience in managing, training and guiding a team of bakers
- Interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Organized and clean
- Understands sanitation standards of procedure in a bakery
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
- West Malaysians are encouraged to apply
