Luxuria Hospitality Management (www.luxuriabahrain.com) is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Baker for our exciting new hospitality project in Bahrain. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, creativity, and guest experience, this is a superb opportunity for a dedicated artisan baker to bring exceptional craft and consistency to our bread and baked goods programme.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of professional baking experience in reputable or award-winning venues

• Expert knowledge of classic and modern French and Italian breads and baking traditions

• Proficient in sourdough production, fermentation processes, and long-prove techniques

• Meticulous attention to consistency, quality, and presentation

• Fluent in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in inventory and stock management

• Minimum high school diploma

• Basic Food Hygiene certificate required; HACCP certificate is a bonus

• Basic understanding of P&L and recipe costings

• Well groomed and presentable
