Head Baker/Bakery Manager

Ever since our opening in 2011, our vegan desserts (cakes, pies, cheesecakes and more) have been an important and substantial part of the classic American diner experience that we provide to our amazing guests. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our bakery team as we look to grow.

We are completely committed to making everything from scratch, and to producing the highest quality product using the best ingredients. We welcome candidates with a genuine interest in the mystery and science of Pastry and would love to have someone on board who is serious about baking as a career. Please be detail oriented, able to multitask, can lead, develop and inspire a small team and work flexible hours.

Our menu included cakes, pies and crusts, breads, rolls, gluten free options, sauces, jams, and granola.

This is role provides an opportunity to use and explore your creative expression and passion for baking. We encourage your ideas and welcome your ability to help determine the direction of our bakery.

Compensation is $25 - $27 per hour depending on experience. There is also an additional 5% kitchen appreciation fee which adds $3 - $4 per hour
