About the role
Lead daily coffee bar operations, maintain consistency in taste, and develop the barista team at the ÖRA outlet (Cibungur, Purwakarta).
Key responsibilities
- Oversee bar operations in accordance with SOP
- Maintain consistency in taste of coffee and beverage menu
- Calibrate espresso machine and grinder
- Train and schedule barista staff
- Control stock of bar raw materials
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and bar area
About you
- Minimum 2 years Head Bar experience
- Understand espresso extraction and latte art
- Able to lead a team and work with SOP
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends
