BAR MANAGER / Head Bar

Job Description:
Head Bar / Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and support the bar team to maintain high performance
• Create and update beverage menus, including signature cocktails
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of beverages and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
• Manage bar budgeting, cost control, and sales reports
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and inventory management skills
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to be placed in ULUWATU
