Head Bar Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations across two café locations.
• Lead, train, and supervise the bar team.
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier orders.
• Monitor bar costs and minimize waste.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
• Develop beverage menus and promotional offerings.
