About the role
As Head Barista, you are responsible for barista operations and ensuring that every cup of coffee ordered by customers has perfect taste. This position requires someone with expertise and experience in the barista field as well as the ability to inspire the team to work better.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the barista team
- Develop latte art
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work with other staff to ensure stock needs and production processes run smoothly
- Ensure each cup of coffee ordered by customers has perfect taste
About you
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK
- Work experience between 3 to 5 years in the barista or cafe retail field
- Leadership skills
- Espresso calibration capability
- Ability to make latte art
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in a coffee shop environment
