Qualifications:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience as a Barista or Senior Barista.
- 25 – 35 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Provide schedule, training and guidance to the barista team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure beverage presentation standards and customer service adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Manage raw material inventory effectively and efficiently.
- Develop innovative new beverage menu concepts aligned with trends and customer demands.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and offer effective solutions.
