Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Bartender to help lead our bar team with passion, precision, and creativity. This role is vital in delivering exceptional beverage experiences that elevate our establishment’s reputation for excellence. As the Head Bartender, you will oversee daily bar operations, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure top-tier customer service. Your expertise in beverage preparation, and hospitality industry standards will set the tone for an energetic and welcoming environment where guests feel valued and inspired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, craft beers, and spirits-based drinks to enhance menu offerings.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed.
• Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Train staff on proper bartending techniques, POS usage, food handling, and customer service protocols to ensure consistent quality.
• Monitor customer interactions to foster a lively yet professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
• Collaborate with management on promotional events like themed nights or special tastings to boost sales and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and cocktail creation.
• Proficiency with POS systems; experience with cash handling and retail math is essential.
• Extensive food service experience with a focus on beverage recipe development, food safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality industry standards in food safety, serving techniques, and beverage presentation.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
