Head Bartender

We are looking for experienced and engaging Head Bartenders to join our lifestyle brands in Dubai.

The Head Bartender will supervise daily bar operations, lead the bartending team and ensure consistent beverage quality, guest engagement and operational efficiency throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily preparation and operation of the bar.
• Lead, train and motivate Bartenders and Barbacks.
• Ensure cocktails and beverages meet approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Allocate stations and coordinate the team during high-volume service.
• Support cocktail-menu development, seasonal promotions and special events.
• Monitor beverage stock, ordering, inventory, wastage and cost controls.
• Ensure bar mise en place is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of guest engagement and resolve service concerns.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and responsible-service requirements.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and front-of-house teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3–5 years of bartending experience .
• At least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory bar position .
• Experience within a premium restaurant, beach club, lounge or nightlife venue.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines and beverage trends.
• Proven experience supervising, training and developing a bar team.
• Good understanding of inventory, ordering, beverage costs and wastage control.
• Strong communication, organization and guest-management skills.
• Able to lead effectively during fast-paced, high-volume service.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
