Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bar team, including bartenders and support staff, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Oversee food preparation related to bar service, including snack or small plate offerings, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety regulations
• Manage inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
• Enforce food safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and proper food production procedures across the bar area
• Train new staff on bartending techniques, customer service excellence, and responsible alcohol service
• Monitor guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm

Experience

• Proven bartending experience in fast-paced restaurant or hotel environments with a strong understanding of beverage crafting and presentation
• Supervising or team management experience in hospitality settings demonstrating leadership skills
• Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary concepts related to bar service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production within a hospitality context
• Experience working in restaurant or hotel settings with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in beverage preparation and customer engagement
• Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to lead by example and motivate your team
