Head Bookkeeper

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in food, restaurant, food manufacturing, automotive dealership, automotive service, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Experienced in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost monitoring, particularly for food ingredients, supplies, automotive parts, and service materials
• Familiarity with sales, purchases, expenses, payroll coordination, and cash management
• Knowledge of BIR compliance, tax documentation, and Philippine accounting requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/bookkeeping software
• Strong ability to review and validate financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Finance, HR, Purchasing, Operations, Sales, Service, and Management
• Able to prepare monthly financial reports and management reports
• Ability to identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and potential financial risks
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
