Anvil Boxing Club is launching at Forge RX, and we're looking for a motivated Head Boxing Coach & Program Director to take ownership of building and operating the program.

This isn't just another boxing instructor position.

We're looking for someone who wants to develop a brand, build a community, recruit and lead coaches, attract members, and grow a boxing fitness business.

Anvil Boxing Club will offer fun, high-energy, fitness-based boxing programs for all experience levels.

Our vision extends beyond the gym.

We want to offer boxing fitness through:

Group classes at Forge RX

Private 1-on-1 coaching

Small-group training

Mobile boxing fitness sessions

Online coaching and workout programs

Outdoor and community workouts

Corporate wellness and team-building events

Youth programs and specialty workshops

Local events, challenges, and competitions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Build and manage the Anvil Boxing Club fitness program, including beginner-friendly classes, boxing technique, conditioning, strength, and overall fitness.

Develop structured workouts, class schedules, training programs, and member challenges.

Create an environment that's welcoming, energetic, and results-focused.

LEADERSHIP & STAFFING

Recruit and help develop additional boxing instructors.

Manage coaching schedules and class coverage.

Maintain consistent coaching standards.

Help build a team capable of expanding the program.

BUSINESS GROWTH

Take an active role in attracting and retaining members.

Promote Anvil Boxing Club through social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.

Help organize local events and partnerships.

Build relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.

ONLINE & MOBILE EXPANSION

Help develop online boxing fitness programs, instructional videos, and accountability coaching.

Coordinate mobile personal training and group sessions at approved locations.

Explore opportunities for outdoor workouts, corporate events, and specialty programs.

MEMBER EXPERIENCE

Create an encouraging and supportive boxing community.

Track attendance, maintain member engagement, and help improve retention.

Build a program that members look forward to attending every week.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

You'll have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day program while working with ownership on business strategy, budgets, staffing, and expansion.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Starting class pay: $25 per class taught.

Additional compensation may include a monthly profit-based bonus tied to the performance of Anvil Boxing Club.

Private coaching, mobile training, online programs, and events may offer additional earning opportunities under separate agreed compensation structures.

Our goal is to create a long-term opportunity where your earnings can grow as the program becomes more successful.

Final compensation and responsibilities will be agreed upon before employment begins.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who:

• Has boxing coaching or boxing fitness instruction experience
• Can confidently lead engaging group classes
• Understands proper boxing technique and exercise safety
• Has strong leadership and communication skills
• Is comfortable recruiting and managing other instructors
• Is motivated to build their own client base
• Is willing to create content and promote the program
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Is dependable, organized, and professional
• Wants to build something long-term

Preferred: Boxing coaching credentials, personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, experience with online coaching, and previous fitness program management.
