Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on business operations leader to work directly with the CEO and drive company-wide execution, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business priorities, leadership reviews, and accountability.
• Improve customer support, customer success, and service delivery.
• Strengthen sales operations, CRM, pipeline management, and follow-ups.
• Align marketing performance with lead generation and revenue growth.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, and scalable operating systems.
• Lead new initiatives from planning to execution.

Requirements

• 4--8 years of experience in Business Operations, Founders Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or General Management.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, cloud hosting, or customer operations preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proven track record of independently delivering measurable business results.

• MBA preferred; practical experience and demonstrated impact are more important.
