(on Pause) Almar is seeking a head carpenter to work with our production team.

Your RoleExpand

• Lead all phases of on-site carpentry work from start to finish.
• Produce projects in the field on time and within budget.
• Ensure clean and safe job sites.
• Work as part of the production team
• Lead onsite employees and subcontractors.
• Manage daily schedule.
• Limit punch list and warranty items at the end of the project.

QualificationsExpand

• General knowledge of all phases of construction.
• Be able to lift 80+ lbs.
• Be willing to climb ladders, be on roofs, and be okay with heights.
• Have good people skills and great energy.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn.
• Have good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and be able to use a phone app (BuilderTrend) for timecards and daily logs.
• Prefer someone with a truck or van.
• Your own hand and power tools are required.
• Ability to use email, the internet, basic Microsoft programs, and a smartphone.
• Candidate should have experience in all aspects of residential carpentry.
• Desire to grow with the team.
