Head Cashier/Customer Server

Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently.

Duties:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and check payments
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
• must have experience in food area

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
• Knowledge of technical sales concepts is a plus
• Fluency in English
