Job Description Reporting into the CEO, the Head of Certifications, Events & Engagement will be responsible for driving the growth, effectiveness, and market relevance of the organization's certification and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading the strategy, operations, and growth of the certification ecosystem.
• Enhancing the participant journey from awareness and enrollment through certification and renewal.
• Using data and insights to improve conversion, engagement, and retention outcomes.
• Building and executing engagement programs for professionals, students, academic institutions, and corporate partners.
• Designing and delivering industry events, conferences, workshops, webinars, and professional development initiatives.
• Strengthening stakeholder networks and fostering an active professional community.
• Managing external relationships and representing the organization at industry forums and key events.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team while managing annual plans, KPIs, and budgets

The Successful Applicant

• 12-20 years of experience in certification, education, professional development, membership bodies, or related sectors (media/mutual fund/wealth management/fintech/personal finance)
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement/retention, renewals, community/member engagement, and driving flagship offline events
• Experience with curating webinars/podcasts/guest shows for driving community engagement.
• Comfort in working with data to identify the painpoints and strategise the annual engagement / renewal plan.
• Exposure to the financial services ecosystem would be an advantage
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-management skills
• Team leadership experience
