Head chef bakery

We are a premium bakery and café located in Kishangarh, Rajasthan, dedicated to bringing authentic international pastries, artisan breads, and specialty coffee to our city. We are looking for a highly skilled, versatile Executive Pastry Chef / Head Baker to lead our kitchen and deliver uncompromising quality. What You Will Do (The Menu): You will take complete ownership of our pastry and bakery production. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in making the following from scratch: Viennoiserie & Breads: Croissants (perfect lamination), puffs, donuts, bombolini, and different types of artisan breads. French & Modern Pastry: Macarons, Opera cake, Tarts, Swiss rolls, and Tiramisu. Cheesecakes & Desserts: Baked cheesecake, no-bake cheesecake, Tres Leches, and puddings. Middle Eastern Sweets: Authentic hot Kunafa and Baklava. Dry Bakes & Cookies: Tea cakes, dry cakes, and all types of premium cookies. Chocolatier Work: Crafting all types of chocolates. Café Fare & Beverages: Waffles, pancakes, and pulling/brewing specialty coffee. What We Are Looking For: 3 to 7+ years of experience in 5-star hotels, premium standalone patisseries, or luxury bakeries. A strong foundation in French pastry techniques, temperature control, and modern plating. Ability to manage the kitchen, maintain strict hygiene standards, and minimize wastage. Note: If you are a master of pastry but do not know specialty coffee, please still apply. We can hire a separate barista if your baking skills are exceptional.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
