Head Chef (Central Kitchen) | EXY

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily central kitchen operations and food production.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene standards and timely order fulfilment.
• Develop menus for customer enquiries and tender submissions.
• Create dining concepts for retail outlets.
• Support high-profile catering events and services.
• Evaluate raw materials and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly material forecasts for purchasing.
• Establish standard costing and manage food costs within targets.
• Manage labour costs and improve productivity.
• Lead, train and develop chefs, cooks and kitchen assistants.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale F&B or hospitality operations.
• Strong culinary skills with proven menu development experience.
• Creative approach to food and dining concepts.
• Experience in central kitchen or high-volume food production is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore's foodservice industry.
