About the Role

WILD/FIRE is one of Singapore's original premium burger concepts. It isn't just a burger restaurant. It's one of the few places left that still respects what a burger is made of.

Today, we're looking for a Head Chef who shares that obsession. Not someone looking for another kitchen job. Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, demands consistency, able to develop a great team, and believes that the smallest details can make the biggest difference.

Someone who wants to help build the best wood-fired burger experience in Singapore that our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service and consistent food quality.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
• Work with management on menu development, recipe refinement, and product innovation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, recipe documentation, portion controls, and kitchen systems.
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, supplier relationships, and wastage control.
• Ensure compliance with all SFA food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Support business growth through continuous improvement of kitchen operations and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or senior kitchen leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, manage, motivate, and bring out the best in a small kitchen team.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and is willing to work alongside the team to get things done.
• Able to set clear standards, maintain discipline, and ensure consistency every day.
• Takes pride in food quality, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to create and follow systems to improve kitchen operations.
• Takes ownership of the kitchen and treats the business as their own.
• Wants to grow with the brand and make a lasting impact.
