What they need
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative in menu planning and food presentation, including local and international cuisines.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost control, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
