About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Bhavnagar. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across multiple cuisines, excellent kitchen management skills, and the ability to lead a professional culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations.

⁠ ⁠Plan menus and oversee food preparation.

⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.

⁠ ⁠Manage and supervise kitchen staff and delegate daily responsibilities.

⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

⁠ ⁠Monitor kitchen inventory, ingredients, and food wastage.

⁠ ⁠Ensure timely preparation and smooth coordination during service.

⁠ ⁠Train and guide kitchen staff to maintain operational and quality standards.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Head Chef / Senior Chef in a hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment.

⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian, and other international cuisines.

⁠ ⁠Excellent kitchen management and team-handling skills.

⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

⁠ ⁠Good menu planning and food-cost management knowledge.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

⁠ ⁠Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
