What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Head Chef with the experience in leading fast-paced popular street food outlets such as, traditional fish and chip shops, and seasonal food kiosks. * Passion for food, people, and hospitality excellence * Own reliable transport to and from work. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive periods * Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis.
