What they need
EMBR Steak & Grill Uluwatu , brand new Hi-End Steak Restaurant located in Blue Point Resort Bali will opening at the end of September . Looking for dynamic team play role as
"HEAD CHEF " .
Requirement :
- 3+ years as a head chef or sous chef in a busy kitchen.
- Culinary arts degree, diploma, or formal commercial cookery apprenticeship.
- Valid food safety, hygiene, and sanitation supervisor certificates.
4.Ability to design profitable, appealing menus matching the restaurant concept. - Multi-tasking abilities for fast-paced service hours.
- Strong background in high-quality steak preparation and cooking techniques
