A fantastic full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at The Beachmere Hotel.

We are a hardworking, food-focused team with a genuine passion for quality and consistency. Our Head Chef plays a vital role in the success of the restaurant, setting the standard for the kitchen and the wider team.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

• Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)

• Excellent technical knowledge and experience across a range of cooking techniques and styles

• Proven experience running a kitchen and leading a team during service

• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant experience, including at least 1–2 years in a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef role

• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards

• Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards

• Sound understanding of food safety standards and HACCP

• A CV with professional referees, including current email addresses and phone numbers

• Flexible availability across a 7-day/night roster
