Head Chef – Chinese / Cantonese Restaurant | Bangkok

An established Chinese restaurant group is preparing for an exciting new opening in Bangkok and is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation.

The Role

• Take overall responsibility for kitchen operations, food quality and consistency
• Lead, train and develop the kitchen team
• Manage food costs, inventory and kitchen manpower
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and presentation
• Support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the new restaurant

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Sous Chef, preferably in Chinese or Cantonese cuisine
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Good understanding of food costing and restaurant kitchen operations
• Able to communicate confidently in Thai and English and/or Chinese
• Hands-on, quality-focused and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• New restaurant opening experience is an advantage
