WE’RE HIRING: HEAD CHEF – ROCKSALT DUNDALK

Are you a chef who loves a busy kitchen, great food and a team that actually enjoys working together?

We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Head Chef to take the reins of the kitchen at RockSalt Dundalk.

This is a role for someone who can lead from the front, keep standards high and make sure the kitchen is running like a well-oiled machine — all while producing the kind of food our customers keep coming back for!

Someone who can confidently run and manage a busy kitchen

Passionate about producing great food consistently, all day

A natural leader who can motivate, train and develop a kitchen team

Organised, calm under pressure and on top of ordering, prep, food safety and GP

Someone who brings energy, ideas and a real “let’s make it happen” attitude

High standards — but not afraid to get stuck in alongside the team

That’s right — no late nights, no finishing at midnight and no heading home after everyone else has gone to bed.

You’ll get to lead a fantastic daytime operation and still have your evenings back.

Location: RockSalt Dundalk Position: Head Chef Daytime-focused role – finish by 5pm Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
