Key Responsibilities

1. Kitchen Operations & Execution: Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service during peak, high-volume shifts while maintaining uncompromising standards of food quality, safety and presentation.
2. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-morale kitchen environment. Lead by example, train line cooks and build a cohesive brigade where every member feels valued and driven to grow.
3. Calm Crisis Management: Maintain composure and authority under intense pressure, troubleshooting service bottlenecks, equipment issues, or staffing challenges with a clear head and a positive attitude.
4. Menu Execution: Execute menu items are per our recipe guidance every time and drive consistency across all food segments
5. Financial & Inventory Management: Manage food cost percentages, labor budgets, inventory control, and waste reduction without compromising on quality.
6. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all preparation and storage areas.
7. Strategic Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking to streamline workflow, improve kitchen layout efficiency, and resolve operational roadblocks proactively.
