- Experience in multi-meal service (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
- Strong line cooking and prep skills across all meal periods.
- Basic menu planning, ordering, and inventory control.
- HACCP, FSMS or basic food safety certification.
- Good communication and ability to lead, small teams.
- Ability to handle shifts independently.
- Team player with a hands-on attitude.
