Head Chef

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Organise kitchen workflow, preparation and service to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan daily preparation requirements according to expected customer numbers and trading levels.
• Ensure breakfast, lunch, cabinet food and baking are prepared on time.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen at all times.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used correctly and maintained in good working condition.
• Coordinate kitchen operations during busy periods and remain calm under pressure.
• Ensure adequate preparation is completed before opening and throughout the day.
• Previous experience will be required.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.50 per hour
