Head Chef

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All-day dining
• The lead on ensuring a quality offering for all guests
• Assist kitchen operations, ordering, and monitoring food costs.
• Preparing and producing all food items and ensuring that food and plating meet quality standards consistently
• Ensure work safety and food hygiene standards
• Prepare the roster for your team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Working experience as a Head Chef
• Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
• Able to work in a busy kitchen efficiently
• Hard working, enthusiastic, reliable
• Strong communication & management skills required
• Proficient in English
• Working permit in Hong Kong
