Head chef

We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and become a key part of our growing restaurant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves great food, takes pride in consistency and enjoys building a strong, positive kitchen team. You’ll have the freedom to contribute ideas while taking ownership of standards, service and the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team
• Deliver consistently great food and presentation
• Run smooth, organised services
• Manage ordering, stock, food costs and waste
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials

What We’re Looking For

• Head Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Strong leadership and kitchen organisation
• Passion for quality food and high standards
• Commercial awareness and good cost control
• Calm, reliable and confident during busy services
