- Minimum 10 years of culinary experience
- Experience as Head Chef in Bali or at renowned Brunch Cafe (preferred)
- Experience in Brunch Cafe, Fine Dining, or Western Cuisine (preferred)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Creative in menu composition and development
