What they need
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and drive culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Create innovate, high-quality menus
- Train, mentor, and lead the kitchen team
- Over-see inventory, food costing, and waste control
Requirements :
- Proven experience as Head Chef (UAE experience is a must)
- UAE driving license and car is mandatory
- Expertise in menu planning and cost control
- Knowledge on food safety and kitchen management
