Head Chef

• Plans and directs all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and business goals.
• Supervise kitchen staff, assign duties, and ensure proper training and performance.
• Responsible for maintaining food safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage food costs, control inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are available.
• Work closely with management to meet budget targets while maintaining high-quality dishes.
• Ensures smooth kitchen operations and delivers an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least two to three (2–3) years as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
• Ability to create and update menus based on seasonal availability, customer preferences, and business objectives
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and supervising kitchen staff
• In-depth understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulations
• Strong background in food costing, inventory management, and supplier coordination
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is an advantage

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
