Bardo Brasserie is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and service standards

• Design and develop menus, including seasonal specials

• Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships

• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and guest experience

• Monitor kitchen budget and control wastage

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar senior kitchen position.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations

• Creative menu development skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills (English required)
