We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join a premium Mediterranean / Greek fine-dining restaurant in Kuwait.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Mediterranean / Greek Head Chef with GCC fine-dining experience to join an established premium restaurant operation in Kuwait.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Head Chef within a Fine Dining Mediterranean or Greek Fine Dining restaurant in the GCC
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Mediterranean / Greek cuisine
- Must have a solid background in Mediterranean Fine Dining Restaurants
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a professional kitchen team
- Strong knowledge of food quality, consistency, hygiene and cost control
- Creative, organised and hands-on leadership approach
- Strong kitchen management and team leadership skills
- Passport valid for a minimum of 2 years
