What they need
- Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di kitchen, pernah menjabat Head Chef/Head Kitchen.
- Menguasai operasional kitchen, workflow, SOP, preparation & service.
- Mampu memimpin, training, delegasi, dan menjaga disiplin tim.
- Menguasai COGS, food costing, recipe, yield, portion control, inventory & waste.
- Memahami hygiene, food safety, kebersihan & quality control.
- Memahami purchasing, supplier & kebutuhan bahan baku.
- Mampu membuat report dan administrasi kitchen.
- Mampu berkoordinasi lintas departemen dan memiliki problem solving yang baik.
- Mampu memasak, plating, menjaga konsistensi menu & melakukan recipe development.
- Lulusan Tata Boga/Kuliner diutamakan, tidak wajib.
