✅ Lead and manage daily kitchen operations

✅ Create and maintain high-quality menus and dishes

✅ Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff

✅ Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards

✅ Manage food preparation, inventory, purchasing, and stock levels

✅ Monitor food costs, wastage, and kitchen budgets

✅ Ensure strict hygiene, food safety, and health standards

✅ Coordinate with restaurant management and front-of-house teams

✅ Manage kitchen schedules and workflow during busy service periods

✅ Introduce new dishes and improve culinary offerings

🎯 Qualifications

✔️ Culinary diploma or relevant professional qualification preferred

✔️ 5+ years of professional kitchen experience

✔️ Previous experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Sous Chef

✔️ Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

✔️ Excellent leadership and team-management skills

✔️ Creative approach to menu development and presentation

✔️ Strong organizational and cost-control abilities

✔️ UAE or international hospitality experience is an advantage
