Head Chef

Karahi Boys is an established restaurant franchise expanding to a new location, and we are currently building our team for our upcoming opening.

Expected Start Date: November 2026
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook Pakistani dishes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and food safety standards
• Manage food preparation, portioning, and kitchen organization
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
• Help train and guide kitchen staff
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy service periods

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or experienced Line Cook preferred
• Experience with Pakistani cuisine is an asset
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Reliable, organized, and able to work well with a team
