Head Chef

We are a family run business and are looking for a head chef for our our venues.

The Crown at Worthington is a countryside location on the outskirts of standish, it is a pub, restaurant, outside terrace, bedrooms and function room.
Cooking with local fresh ingredients is what we love, we are looking for someone with new ideas to lead the kitchen creating a menu for everyday food, weddings and other functions.

Job Role

Leading a kitchen
Food Ordering
Clean kitchen and all relevant compulsory paper work
Training and development with the team
Stock management & control of wastage
Ordering
Sourcing local suppliers
Kitchen rotas, working to a salary budget
Designing and creating menus to fit the venue
Working to a food margin
Recruitment when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £39,000.00 per year
