Head Chef

Chef – Lafayette Fine Foods, Brighton
7am-3pm, Tuesday to Saturday | No nights | No Sundays

For over 30 years, Lafayette Fine Foods has been feeding Brighton and Bayside with premium ready meals, catering and pantry products, all made fresh on-site every day.

We're looking for an experienced chef to take ownership of our small kitchen and help maintain the quality and consistency our customers have come to expect. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, runs an organised kitchen, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

What you'll bring:

• Solid experience in restaurants, premium catering or a similar food business
• A reliable, professional approach and strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a small team
• High standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen hygiene
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Consistency, day in and day out, with the confidence to contribute ideas and menu improvements
