We’re thrilled to be kicking off an epic collaboration with a stunning pub in East Dulwich serving elevated Gastro pub food using some of the best seasonal produce and suppliers in the UK. This is not your usual pub classics think, produce driven exciting seasonal dishes.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience and proven skills in crafting good food.

You must be good at working in a busy, pressurised environment and keeping cool in any situation.

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 years’ experience as a Head Chef

Passion!! Love of food!!

Strong leadership skills – able to motivate, train, and support your team

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen while keeping cool under pressure

Experience with stocktaking, ordering, rotas, and team management (preferred)

A genuine love for food, hospitality, and creating great customer experiences
