Your Role

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes every time.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Design seasonal menus that celebrate authentic Flavors.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for smooth operations.
• Mentor and develop staff to foster a positive, professional culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Expertise in British cuisine and a passion for innovation.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety practices.
• Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus.

License/Certification:

• Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
