ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Blanc NRI Staffordshire is seeking an experienced, creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver exceptional contemporary Indian fine dining. We combine authentic flavours with modern techniques and elegant presentation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team, maintaining high standards across every service.
• Learn and execute our full existing menu with consistency, precision and flair.
• Collaborate with management to create new, innovative dishes, including potential Afghan-inspired additions.
• Oversee food quality, presentation, hygiene, stock control and kitchen cost management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years’ professional experience in Indian cuisine.
• Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience and proven team leadership.
• Strong contemporary Indian fine-dining skills, creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organisation and food-safety standards.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

WORKING PATTERN

Monday and Wednesday–Friday: 5:30 pm–11:00 pm | Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 pm–10:00 pm | Tuesday: closed. Approximately 44–45 working hours per week; rota and breaks to be confirmed.
