We are seeking a passionate and talented chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be the creative force behind our Mediterranean inspired menu, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Nestled in the heart of Coolangatta, we take pride in crafting delicious dishes, using high quality, fresh ingredients, and uniquely we operate a seed-oil free kitchen. You will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, developing new recipes, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for the team. Relevent qualifications and experience are necessary for this role.
